Much of my career has focused on entertainment, media, eLearning, digital products, platforms and purpose driven organziations. Using insights to understand how to deeply connect with people, I translate this approach into strategies, teams and partnerships that drive growth while reducing complexity and cost.

I’ve had the good fortune to work with both established personalities and brands, namely, Oprah Winfrey, and innovative early to mid-stage organizations. I’ve been an executive leader and an embedded consultant, and most of all, I am recognized as a vibrant energizing force who knows how to bring out the very best in people and organizations with a style that is values-driven and cultivates shared excellence.
